Very difficult to move up and down
I bought this because I have back problems so I can switch from sitting to standing in the office during the day. I don't know if this is my particular device but it's really difficult to move it up and down. I'm small and I always have to ask one of my colleagues for help, at first I wanted to send it back thinking it was stuck, but it turns out you need a lot of strength to move it.
