I like that we can customize our rewards program for each department in our organization. There is also an option to have multiple levels of benefits within one plan. It's easy enough to set up new plans or change existing ones quickly. The customer service team at Rewards Trax has been great! They are always available via phone or email when you need them. Sometimes it takes longer than expected for certain things to be updated/changed after they've already submitted your request. We're able to track employee activity with ease using this software as well.
