I am very disappointed in these switches. I used Eaton's screwless wall plates and then saw that they were a lot cheaper. now i know why First, they don't fit many styles of Decora switches. Many of my switches did not fit flush with the panel. The plates do not match Smart Switches at all. Where the latches are, the plate will not latch if the Smart Switch is surrounded by a metal heatsink or if the switch flange is slightly wider. The Eaton disks worked well. Also, as others have said, if you have to remove the plate to adjust it, it's very difficult to remove, to the point where I was worried I'd break it. I decided to return them.
