For the last half year I thought my laptop battery was dead, which caused my laptop display to become unstable and the sound to hum, and before long it turned on the whole laptop off. freezes and requires a reboot. But after this power supply replaced my current one, it restored my confidence in my old gaming laptop. The laptop itself is over 10 years old (13 years old I think) and I have updated all components as needed except for the adapter. But as I said, replacing the original adapter worked great and now the laptop is being used as my HTPC again.
