Love this product, it's well made and I love how it snaps onto the bowl. Years ago I bought a protective case from Kitchen Aid but it didn't last. I couldn't wait for it to get to me BUT SO disappointed it didn't fit my blender. I can get one side fine but the other half is a bit big. I emailed Axis and he emailed me. just back. I also gave my phone number and he called me personally! He told me he would give me a full refund and that the Amazon item was fixed which bowl size fits it. I hope other sizes can be made.
