Updated review: I'm updating my review because the company did everything right. Immediately after my review was posted, the company emailed me asking what they could do to fix the issue. They asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement and it was sent to me immediately! The new one works perfectly. Not only did they fix it, they sent me a second one. This is a very reputable company and I will definitely buy from them again. First review: I was very happy about this delivery. I unpacked the board and really liked how the scoring tool is stored in a slot on the board. It is very comfortable. However, when I tried it, it completely tore my paper in two. That's when I noticed that the pruning knife had a very jagged edge. It's like it didn't have a smooth edge when it was taken out of the mold and never repaired. I can't use it at all unless I try to grind it myself. I think the manufacturer's quality control measures should be considered as this knife should never have left the factory in this condition. I paid all this money for something I can't use. I am extremely disappointed.
