I think this backpack will fit a small chihuahua or a very small kitten which means my two cats are 5-6lbs or too big and uncomfortable in it. It's almost a normal backpack with too thin bladder bottom. They give you a very thin piece of plastic to put on the floor to stabilize it and make room for your pet, but it's not big enough for my eight-week-old pup to barely fit in. It ended up being fogged up by one immediately small bubble, all 3 of my pets could not stand it. Puppy doesn't really count as she's 8 weeks old so she's clueless haha kittens are 8 and 16. I would recommend a type made from a 'more durable' material. It won't be as comfortable for a human, but it will be safer for your pet. They didn't seem to like that it was fabric and collapsed when they lay on my back.
