The ability it has given me in being able see what is going wrong so I can fix things before they become an issue or problem that causes downtime.- Having this dashboard gives us all access into where we as employees should be working instead if having problems which will cause delays/downtime - This allows everyone involved (employees) who have no knowledge about computers etc.,to get more familiarised quickly without needing special training due diligence time required by other companies suchas ours when new staff joinThe benefits include:-.
