Large dome best in griddle
I got this as well as the smaller Cuisinart dome. I end up using it a lot more than the Cuisinart because the Cuisinart handle is metal and gets so hot you can't grip it. It stays cool enough to pack. I ended up ordering a second one. If you are shopping between the two I would definitely recommend this one. I just wish they would do less too. But I will say that you will use the 12" more often than the smaller 9". But it really depends on what you're doing.
