I bought some cheap Walmart square and rectangular aluminum pans and attached handles to them to make better use of the space available in my pan. I would like Blackstone to develop something of their own.

I got this as well as the smaller Cuisinart dome. I end up using it a lot more than the Cuisinart because the Cuisinart handle is metal and gets so hot you can't grip it. It stays cool enough to pack. I ended up ordering a second one. If you are shopping between the two I would definitely recommend this one. I just wish they would do less too. But I will say that you will use the 12" more often than the smaller 9". But it really depends on what you're doing.

I don't have a lid for my frying pan so this item comes in very handy. Lightweight, dishwasher safe, well made. It comes with a handle attached to the inside to minimize packaging - less cardboard, less waste. Quick work with a screwdriver and you're in business.
