No two holes drilled
Unit works fine while window goes up and down so that part is ok. However, Dorman forgot to cut two holes, I found it odd when I only saw two screws. I didn't think anything of it until I went to install and two holes were drilled. I wanted to use two of my screws that I had removed but they wouldn't screw in. So I had two options: tap the threads myself or drill them out and use a lock nut. There was no faucet so drilled to a larger size and used a bolt with a lock nut, problem solved, poor control allowing the product to come out the door untouched. As long as it works well
