Fits well but not 100%. If you have OCD, you won't like it. It fits but raises the side when you step on it. It applies to everyone, driver, passengers, back row. Yes, and the quality is somehow cheaply made. If you want something like OEM or Weather Engineering, the quality of these rugs is far from it. While OEM and weather tech is more like rubber, this mat is more like a thin layer of plastic. Can't comment on reliability or durability, but remember it's not made out of a rubber material.
