Mostly plastic. Of course, I knew the lid was plastic, but I was expecting the trays to be all-silicone. The only silicone is the lower red part of the tray (see photo). I had to measure the size. The bowls are much smaller than I expected. While it is my fault for not paying more attention to this, I would still say that this product is a plagiarism. Small detail - although the product page says the items are dishwasher safe, nothing on the trays themselves or in the packaging confirms that they are dishwasher safe. Doesn't inspire. Don't waste money.
