I am very happy with this purchase. I needed new ice cube trays and came across these with lids. I can't believe I haven't bought them yet. I can prepare all the trays at once and simply stack them on top of each other. I think I'll be getting another pack soon.

These bowls seemed great at first but for Christmas I pulled one out of the freezer, gave it a gentle twist to loosen the ice cubes and was instantly smitten. The tray broke in two and a sharp piece of plastic cut my hand. It wasn't a serious injury, but still unacceptable. I threw away the three remaining trays to avoid a similar incident. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

This set of 3 ice trays with silicone base for easy removal is probably the best thing in my freezer. However, they didn't taste good. This is my first time using them, so here's my suggestion to fix the problem: 1. Soak in dish soap overnight (I use Dawn). 2. The next day, place in the dishwasher along with all other dishes. 3. My ice maker broke and I've decided to order a new fridge rather than repair it. While I wait, I should have made the ice cream the old way. I didn't want a tray that is difficult to work with and they are amazing. Ice cubes are so small that it takes at least 2, if not 3, to make a standard sized cube. This will melt the cubes faster and dilute your drink as the surface area for quick melting is greater than the amount of ice required (4-6 cubes are needed instead of the standard 2-3 regular sized cubes).
