This is good heat shrink tubing. It shrinks greatly when heated, so it can easily be squeezed into narrow wires that are soldered to relatively large terminals. I could go a few sizes larger than what fits comfortably over the wire and yet it compresses enough to grip the wire securely. In addition, it did not chip or break when pushed against flat metal or pulled/bent/pulled. My only concern is that each size has a color, so my red/black power cables have the same orange heat shrink tubing, not the red, black, or clear 3mm of the same size. But since it is clear from the product description and there is a good reason that heat shrink tubing is color coded by diameter, I do not blame the product or the manufacturer.
