Review on Ingersoll 9512 Hammer Change Retainer by Shawn Pollock

Received this item yesterday and it looked very solid and well built. When I tried to screw it onto my hammer it was really loose, but after tightening the set screws it seemed to hold up well (it would have been nice if they had provided the correct size Allen key, 3mm). After about 2 hours of use my chisel got stuck in this item and the inside of the holder looks very frayed. Appears to be a very soft metal. Another reviewer mentioned that it's easy to take apart with the right tool and pull out the bit, but I don't have the right tool and don't think I'd want to invest in it just for that purpose. I'll probably just return it with a chisel in it.
