Ingersoll 9512 Hammer Change Retainer Review

Received this item yesterday and it looked very solid and well built. When I tried to screw it onto my hammer it was really loose, but after tightening the set screws it seemed to hold up well (it would have been nice if they had provided the correct size Allen key, 3mm). A much better way to use a pneumatic hammer than a cheap spring bit holder. This makes it very easy to change bits and feels a lot more secure. Updated on 08/26/2016. I have had an infrared air hammer for many years and it works great. Then recently the latch (coil spring) broke off. I used the tool to pierce a concrete block wall. If I break through the wall without the lock, the chisel will shoot across the room from the other side. (a bit awkward) I've searched the internet and local providers to no avail.
