Wow. For a single woman (and my age) this product is too heavy. Love the texture, love the fresh clean scent, love the lack of dust. I can't lift and carry such a huge, difficult to open and difficult to fill product into a smaller container. (We almost killed a courier limping off the door and he was young and strong.) I subscribed to this article and kept it, but I need to reconsider using this product. Don't you realize that there are thousands of potential customers across the country who just can't handle that huge, heavy container, no matter how much they like the contents? If you decide to offer this filler in boxes of different sizes, I may change my mind. But I can not. Why not change the packaging so that after the customer has put the box on the trolley and put it in the laundry (or wherever) the entire lid is opened or somehow opened so that we, who are having problems with it due to an operation hands and wrists, etc., could you take a shovel and bucket to carry to the trays? Or offer a heavy package like your competitor does, broken up into smaller packages. Or offer less heavy options. By the way, I've been using the product for several days and it's really excellent.
