I was interested in martial arts when I was young so I have this experience. Our family recently invested in a fight camp to box at home as we have been building our home gym since the pandemic hit. It seemed like a good idea to add them to gloved hands, so we ended up getting them. They fit my hands and my husband's hands well. However, if you have very small or delicate hands, you may not feel so confident. I also like that the material on the cuff portion is thick and soft which means we won't run into any durability issues too soon. They are great for basic punching and kicking exercises. There is enough padding to keep both sides comfortable. All in all a good addition to expand your martial arts practice at home.
