I should have trusted the reviews. Save money, buy a good one. I'm so glad I was able to use the heat press before my Revain return window closed. I've only used it once for a 10 shirt project. Here are the problems: - Doesn't keep you warm. I can push it up to 285°, but then when I press on the shirt (front and back) it drops to 220° - the pressure plate chooses the pressure itself. Sometimes it's loose, sometimes hard - it has rough metal parts on it. Found getting stuck on one of the shirts. Now there's a catch. The top plate has a Teflon coating. Which is cool except when it's not. This created static electricity when I put the shirt on and moved the surname completely. - the sliding plate does not slide well.
