Edit: So got a replacement and still not satisfied, was out all day and my ice cream melted by noon. The straw cap leaks and sweats, leaving wet stains on the seats. I'm still not satisfied and I'm interested in all the good reviews. So I was thrilled when I received this mug, read all the reviews and researched for a few weeks before buying, the size is right, the color, the caps were awesome. .First day the ice melted like in a plastic cup with no lid, I filled it with ice and water at 11pm and at 6am the ice melted and the water wasn't cold, I left it untouched in my bedroom to allow it check over . I'm not impressed at all, although most reviews say it holds ice very well and holds heat and cold well. Either I have a dud or these people are bots! NOT IMPRESSED!
