Exactly as expected with fast service

I ordered this remote control to replace a fairly old VCR/DVD player. The remote I received was identical to the original factory remote and all functions work as far as I can tell. Also, it was received within a few days of ordering, so I'm happy with the product and services from the company I bought it from.
