Review on Evapolar EvaSmart Smart Personal Evaporative Air Cooler, 🌀 Humidifier, and Portable Air Conditioner EV-3000 - Stormy Grey by Janet Baker

Unit cools a small area fairly well as advertised (I suspect much cheaper units do it as efficiently as this one). After 3 weeks, the strange display on the top of the device (for temperature controls, fan controls, etc.) completely failed, with blinking/blank pixels. It was useless. When I pay more than $200, I expect a reliable and durable display. I think a regular LCD monitor at 20 cents/unit from China would do just as well. You need to completely rethink this part of the design. I think I'm being generous by sending the first block back and trying a replacement. If the second unit fails, shame on my gullibility and I'll write a much more devastating review. Good luck to everyone who buys this.
