I love that it’s customizable so you can add all your favorite apps like Xactware or EMRcloud into one place! Sometimes when we are adding new patients this takes time but everything else has been great!! We have used other vendors in past years who didn't seem to be very organized at times; however, their programs were expensive while also not being able to customize what features they offered us. This program gives me more control over how our day-to-day runs without having extra charges added onto each month which was always an issue before we started using them.
