The product sucks and the quality is horrible.

Before one "BUT" occurred, specifically with the A71 smartphone, I had to turn to warranty obligations for the first time. There were just over two weeks left before the warranty expired, and this is where it all began. For twenty years, I had respect for this brand. All of the equipment in my home was made by this brand, and everything was always fine. I turned to them and said, "Looks like everything went well. They came, took it, fixed it, and gave it back." The phone's warranty expired successfully, it functioned for three months before breaking down once more, but there is no longer a warranty because everything has been paid for and a replacement kit is available. In general, the service did not satisfy me, so I will gradually stop using this brand and do not recommend it. It turns out that I was made to make it work, but they did not remove the cause of this.

Pros

decent phone for the money.

Cons

awful warranty support. They manage to fix it, but the guarantee expires after three months and it breaks again in the same manner. I never complained about the brand, and occasionally I don't fill in some gaps. Instead, I complain about the fact that they won't fix their jambs for free rather than the fact that they break.
