I am happy with this and think it is great value for money. It loses a star because the shampoo doesn't lather well and I have to add a small amount of another shampoo to get the lather I like. However, it smells nice, the bottles are big, and the conditioner seems to work quite well. I also need a leave-in conditioner and hair oil as my hair has been exposed to chemicals for years. I've only used it once so we'll see if it works well - I'll admit that I rarely continue to use a non-foaming shampoo. UPDATE So I like it, but I took off a star for the heaviness. It makes my hair greasy at the roots so I have to be careful how it spreads as I need to dry shampoo a day after using it. My hair is fine, long and I love a lot of volume and this is for coarser hair. However, I also need moisture as my hair has been overdyed for 25 years. Still a good buy, but no big deal. Not life changing.
