Quality was as expected for the price
I have this 3 inch -Hoop used to craft him Christmas ornaments. The sizes were a bit inconsistent. They came with a blue film on the metal to protect it but the film was almost impossible to remove the rivets completely leaving little blue threads hanging down. The cut at the top of the outer hoop is pretty rough and I got over a splinter of wood. However, they are very good value and I would buy them again.
- Easy to use: the hoop has an adjustment screw which can be tightened if necessary to keep the fabric taut like a drum
- Not bad but...
