Bought a couple of these to use with an external recorder, then Zoom H6 and to use the Rodelink System backup if necessary arise. Since I have no experience with other microphones, I can say that the sound was sufficient. A foam windscreen is practically useless as you will lose it in no time. This is something that has been implemented poorly. I later bought a Rode radio system and tested them with it. These lavas pick up all sorts of sounds from Rode and should be avoided at all costs with this system. There is some sort of escaping problem there, although I've read that others haven't had this problem with other systems. just for your information.
