Arrived used and damaged
The prime package arrived on time but the box looked like it had obviously been opened and then poorly repackaged. And given the many dents, chips and scratches - rather a used product in my opinion! For example, the drawer does not close completely because the frame is bent. And at the base of the hydraulic seat, due to the deep recesses, an overturned hammer seems to have interfered. Revane, where's your quality control? Needless to say I am disappointed. But in Pro-Lift's defense, a friend of mine has this product, I've used it and it works very well.
