DO NOT switch on immediately!

Standard retrofit kit; Easy to install and connect (remove existing bulbs and ballast, install with magnets and connect black to black and white to white). There is a 2-3 second delay between pressing the switch and actually turning on the light. Taking off 2 stars because of the "Instant On" feature I tried it on wasn't true.
