Review on ORFELD Cordless Lightweight Silent Cleaning Solution by Jack Ford

UPDATE: (Please scroll down to see the original order) My original rating was 2 because they sent me a vacuum cleaner but it didn't come with a charger. Now that I've received the charger (after about 4 weeks), I've finally been able to use it to the full. Although the overall bin was a bit smaller than I expected, the vacuum works great! It has worked great for all my animals (I raise them and I have my own), picking up all of their hair and creating quite a large vacuum. I've only done one room at a time so I'm not sure about the total load time. Customer support was generally responsive and helpful. Once I figure out if it was just my package or a batch I'm sure it will make a great addition to your home. I was asked to remove my review but declined but updated it to ensure my overall experience was consistent with my overall experience. . I'm a registered nurse and now a graduate student so time is running out. It didn't come with a charger so I didn't even get a chance to try it. Customer support responded after initial confusion. But still I'm waiting until mid-December (when I ordered mid-November) for the charger to arrive so I can use it. They also offered a $10 discount off the price. Slightly annoying how long it takes to get a new charger.
