I love this vacuum cleaner! The suction power is great for cleaning wooden floors and what I like most is the light that shows the dirt and dust in front of you so you know where else to vacuum. I get the same satisfaction seeing the lines after vacuuming a plush rug! I also like that it's rechargeable so I don't have to lug around the cord. I was so excited about this vacuum because so much of my house is hardwood. This works very well on hardwood floors and fairly well on carpets in bedrooms. The charge is enough for the whole house, even with the turbo switched on! But something happened with this vacuum cleaner that I was concerned about. The trash can opened while I was using it. Edit 2: contacted customer service, they are very responsive and willing to help. They diagnosed the problem with the video I sent and sent a replacement battery. Judging from all the reviews I had higher expectations. This is normal and will work fine for my small apartment. I have hardwood floors with some carpet mats, so the two casters that came with it were a nice surprise - one for hardwood and one for carpet.
