Edit 2: contacted customer service, they are very responsive and willing to help. They diagnosed the problem with the video I sent and sent a replacement battery. I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars due to the help I received. Hope the battery solves the problem! Edit: After 3 months of *extremely* light use, this vacuum stopped working. You get what you pay for. The motorized brush rotates but the motor does not vacuum and shuts off after 5 seconds. I contacted customer service to see if they could get it right but at this point I would not buy this vacuum again. I wasn't sure about buying the wrong vacuum cleaner but my girlfriend really wanted a Dyson Animal and I knew we couldn't afford it. I tried it against my better judgment and am very glad I did. The vacuum cleaner isn't perfect, but it does exactly what we want it to do, has excellent suction power and fits in almost any room. The only downside really is that the accessory doesn't attach to the body, but that's such a minor issue. If you buy vacuum cleaners, you should do it yourself to get hold of it and try it out. You will not be disappointed.
