Soothing and Beautiful

We all need to relax and don't realize how stressed we are until we sit down and try to figure out what we can do to stop the noise. Choice because you are forced to focus on something calming, creative and the mind is focused on the task. The noise around you will disappear as you work on the color, point and image you create. The kit has everything you need and as I've never done this before the instructions were perfect. When you start, don't obsess about finishing, nor do you obsess about how much time you put in and see how much you've accomplished each day. Excellent.
