I picked up a used ping pong table that had paddles that had rubber as hard as a rock and was falling off in chunks. I saw the HUGE range in ping pong paddle prices and while I wanted an upgraded paddle, I am not ready to throw down $100+ for a pro paddle. So I did a lot of research on all the mid level options and decided on these Stiga Performance. I am very pleased with them. As my skills improve I my look into higher end paddles, but these are holding up well. I have been using them for 2 months with a mixture of adults and kids with varying skill levels and there is no peeling or any other wear issues. The three star balls that come with them are excellent as well.
