Error installing best spare parts

I could have bought a device cheaper, but quality is also important. When I tried to install the blind nut it just wouldn't open in the tailgate. Looking at the nut, I noticed that the slots that should have been cut in the sides of the nut weren't cut, so the nut couldn't have been broken. The supplied screw is stripped and the nut is deformed, rendering it unusable. Now I have to find one that works. good luck with the installation
