I bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter as she has trouble balancing on a regular bike. Yes, she is 6 years old but we raised the handlebars and seat and she rides this pedalless bike very well. The only downside is that the tires are plastic, but the bike is steel and fairly durable. It's also very light. She will keep it for her little brother who is only 1 year old but will probably start using it next year. It's good overall and the light green color is a plus for safety as it's very easy to see. Assembly also took less than a minute.
