Fragile and poor quality but you can make it work

In less than 2 weeks this handle has already come off the rope. I RARELY use a hand starter because my scooter has electric start. It is very fragile and of low quality. I decided to take it apart and figure out how to rewind and rebuild the string and make it stronger than the factory. However, you must have mechanical knowledge to fix this.
