Review on SharkBite Deburring Depth Copper U702A by Jay Kenville

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It works but not in tight spaces

This tool does the job at least, but since everything has to pivot around a pipe it doesn't work well in tight spaces and because of the stepped design it doesn't work well against walls to replace the corner stops. I ended up buying two more and cutting them into pairs so they could be used in tighter spaces. Another problem with this tool is that it doesn't clean the inside of the pipe. If you use the plastic inserts that come with some connectors it doesn't matter, but if you don't use them the drill bit can create turbulence inside which leads to pinpoint leaks after the connector. This isn't a problem for corner stops where the flow doesn't return to the copper piece, but watch out for branches and connectors.
