I like that it has an auto feature, so if you are not available there is no need for someone to come in at this time of day or evening! The app does get confusing when trying new features/tasks.

Make sure employees understand how each task works because they can be overwhelming with all their options!! It helps us keep track of our schedule more easily than using paper calendars as well as being able to have updates sent out via text messages rather then email reminders sometimes we don't open emails until days after.
