Review on Sunlite Threaded Recumbent Fork 30 0Mm by Reza Cook

This item is a 20" Sun Recumbent Fork (406). I have a SUN X1 with a 20" rear wheel and a 16" front wheel, but wanted to convert it to a 20" front wheel. The 20" wheel rolls more efficiently, puts the bike in a more aerodynamic position and the tires are lighter .. I believe this fork will also fit EZ race models but check the dimensions first.The old fork was removed and the race and brakes had to be moved to the new forks.The race is press fitted so will come loose very difficult to remove. I heated the race with a butane torch and then knocked it out of the fork with a chisel. Put a 20" wheel and tire on the fork and it's ready to ride. The job takes about 1- 2 hours Now the bike rides much better, is more aerodynamic and you only need a replacement tube in one size.
