A simple tool that does the job as intended. Cuts into evenly-sized slices, slicing just in front of the skin, then turning around for the perfect tongs to grab the slice. A great innovation for a kitchen tool. Ergonomically, the metal feels a little hard in the hand, but that's acceptable.
