I live on the corner and the side of my house is very close to the sidewalk. The windows are about 5 1/2 feet from the ground. More than once I've seen a head pop up from the bottom of my window to see my Sphynx cat sitting on the dining room table. Which I understand-they want an up close look at my unusual looking kitty but I don't want people looking in at me walking around in my house.My house windows are made of 9 panels. It took me a WHILE to cut a bunch of small rectangles, but I put this up on the bottom 2 levels of window panes and left the top open. It is very easy to measure and cut. I used a fresh box cutter blade because an Exacto just couldn't cut through it cleanly. Putting them up was super easy, just wet and peel off the backing slowly, smoothing as you go. This lets in all the light but not the peeping eyes.I moved the cat tree over so the cats could climb up to the top and still see the outside. But thankfully people can no longer just walk up and look through my window to gawk at them. They will have to admire them from the sidewalk.
