The filter removes all flavor from the water leaving it with a good, clean taste. Installation was easy, all the parts needed were in the box. It took me about 3 hours to set the countdown from opening the box to the water pouring into the faucet (including watching the instructional video which was very helpful). I chose this model for its filtration efficiency due to lower water usage, with a 1:1 waste to filter ratio, which is much better than the 3:1 average of other models. After installation I noticed a leak in the filter, I called iSpring. Using the number on the packaging, Nick was able to help me source a replacement part. I emailed iSpring with order information and a few business days later the part was at my door.
