Thoughtful design and added detail

This is probably my fourth reverse osmosis unit in years and I can say it has been the best unit yet. This replaces another brand X device that failed after a few months. It came with all the parts and fixtures to fit my sink (my last RO took a $40 trip to Home Depot). It also comes with optional shut-off valves to minimize the amount of water spilled when changing hoses. All press-fit connections worked without leaks. Questionable advertising - Under sink and countertop filtration

Advertised with 1 year warranty. After you open the box, it says in several places that you need to register with the company to get a one-year warranty. In terms of reverse osmosis quality, my city water is around 300ppt and output water is typically 27ppt. That's good, but not the advertised 99%. Installation was a nightmare. Under Sink & Countertop Filtration Service

We tried to install the unit but the faucet was not flowing. We couldn't fix the problem, so we called support. We were connected to Don who was very helpful and patient. He suggested trying different options, but they didn't work. At that time it was already off work so we asked to call tomorrow morning after trying again. Good tasting water, easy to install, good support from iSpring

The filter removes all taste from the water leaving a good, clean taste. Installation was easy, all the parts needed were in the box. It took me about 3 hours to set the countdown from opening the box to the water pouring into the faucet (including watching the instructional video which was very helpful). I chose this model for its filtration efficiency due to lower water usage, with a 1:1 waste to filter ratio, which is much better than the 3:1 average of other models. After installation I…

The best reverse osmosis system and great customer support!

When I received my item it was damaged during delivery. So I contacted customer service and Richard worked hard with me to get me parts quickly so I could use our new reverse osmosis system, despite struggling with parts ordered and not available due to COVID. I reassembled everything and there were a few small leaks in a few connections, but I swapped out the fittings and fitting holders from the parts bag and that seems to fix them. I would not recommend this unit unless you are a seasoned DIY enthusiast or have a plumber install it

I think I'm pretty good at home remodeling, I've remodeled a bathroom including plumbing and wiring and changed rooms and walls in my house but it took me almost NINE hours to install this unit. RO100 - Works in water filtration and softening

First of all, the product seems to work conceptually. I replaced an existing RO with more expensive replacement filters with this one, so hopefully I'm done installing new RO systems. I use softened well water and need a reverse osmosis system to remove sodium and some of the TDS left over after softening. I'm no ordinary person and have done my fair share of DIY plumbing projects. As for the RO100 itself - not all parts listed in the manual were included with the purchase. I doubt the reality…
