Under Sink & Countertop Filtration Service

We tried to install the unit but the faucet was not flowing. We couldn't fix the problem, so we called support. We were connected to Don who was very helpful and patient. He suggested trying different options, but they didn't work. At that time it was already off work so we asked to call tomorrow morning after trying again. The next day Don helped us again and offered to send us everything we needed to solve the problem but asked to have the T-valve checked. The hose was inserted too far into the valve and was restricting the flow of water. My husband was able to pull the hose out and we had water. Don said that this issue has already been reported and he will continue to work on this issue. Works great, ice is clean, tastes great. We would buy from this company again.
