Great idea, but needs more work. I was really hoping these would work out better than they did. The main problem is that these are not contoured properly to fit the curves found on most feet, unless they are huge flat feet. They basically have a straight cut, with little arch, ankle, and calf tapering. This makes them overly baggy and not fit as snug as they should. Additionally the stitching is coming unraveled after only a few uses.Perhaps if you have fat/flat feet these would work better. Myself I have slightly narrow and long feet, with high arches.I have been using calf height compression toe socks for the same purpose under my boots, and the calf socks work better in my opinion. The toe sock option is much harder to get on but actually fits the foot and calf.It all might be my narrow feet and skinny legs but I was hoping these would work better.
