So I'm a big console gamer and my favorite games are shooters. I got this item after playing benq rl2455hm for over 5 years. My Benq had a TN panel and I've always heard that TN is the fastest. I was a bit worried about getting this because of the screen type but I wanted a new monitor that wouldn't break the bank and because the new consoles coming out this holiday season were going to have a 120Hz refresh rate and my Benq was only a standard update. Bid. This thing is faster than my Benq ever thought it would be, and with a higher quality panel, it's a lot sharper and more colorful. That is nice. If you're serious about shooters like COD and afraid of lag then don't think this thing is as fast as it gets in terms of response time and you'll never go back to TN after seeing your games on it. Not a single dead pixel, no complaints. I play every day at least 3-4 hours a day and everything has been working perfectly for more than a month. I highly recommend this monitor and if you are a console gamer your future is safe from 120Hz on new ones.
