The shower arm that screws into the wall has a very poor design. After numerous attempts with Teflon tape resulted in leaks. We went and purchased a $11.00 shower arm that was installed with no leaks. Good thing we didn’t close up the wall behind the plumbing otherwise we would never have found this till it was too late. We can not return the whole shower unit because the faucet was installed at the same time, then it was tiled in. I’m not tearing out my brand new tile to remove the faucet to send it all back for a refund. Now I will have to think long and hard on purchasing anything thru Ebay that has to do with any construction.
