I think it really helped my pup overcome his early separation anxiety at 4-6 months old. My puppy barked and cried when I left for work in the morning, sometimes loud enough that I could hear it from our driveway as I got in the car. This behavior started when he was about 3 months old and got really bad when he was 4 months old, so I went in search of a natural product to relieve his anxiety and hyperactivity. When I got the collars I was immediately put off by the strong lavender. Odor that is very strong at first. Snuggling with my dog gave me a headache for several days until the smell wore off a bit. After a week or so, it's barely noticeable unless you're really close. My dog never seemed to bother wearing the collar so I left it on day and night. After about a week of wearing it, I noticed a marked improvement in his attitude and anxiety responses. He stopped barking when I went to work 2 weeks after wearing the collar and now he doesn't whine at all in the mornings. I think the breakup still scares him but he's coping with it much better now than he was 2 months ago. I can't tell you how much this collar has affected his behavior as he is young and still training but I think it has made a noticeable difference and I am very grateful to him for that. Overall I would say this is worth trying if you have a restless dog or puppy. I plan to order more in the future.
